So, I just posted the entry I wrote while on the plane headed back to Michigan and already it's out of date and wrong besides. I sorta forgot that I'd already posted ranting about my car getting broken into... Anywho, Seth and Aaron picked me up from the airport and we went to lunch then they had me hang around the Novi area until Seth got out of work. So, I went to the 12 Oaks Mall and did some Christmas shopping. I guess we're done with Seth's family (except maybe Owen) and I at least know what to get Dad now, but I feel like I'm far from done. I still need to get Michael, Mindy, the rest of Mom's, Dad, Seth, Sra, Magz, and then I need to decide who else I can afford... I feel like those are the necessities though, as I haven't really been spending much time with any of my other friends lately :-(. I wouldn't really know what to get any of them anyway... <--I feel like this sounds really mean... Sorry!
But, I do have a pretty good idea of what to get for Mom, Dad, Sra, and Mindy. I have no idea what to get for Michael... Can't decide if I should just send him a gift card via email or something or actually ship something to him. I may or may not (she might be reading this) be sending a package anyway for Mindy's gift so that might make a difference as well...
Magz will be another difficult one... She also may be reading this though, so I can't start rambling about possible ideas.
Unfortunately, I think I've passed the time for knitted gifts - at least any that aren't already finished... maybe a couple that are really close.
Definitely putting a hamper on any knitting is my re-addiction to The Sims 3... I blame Sra. :-P
Haven't read any new fanfictions lately... Did start a couple new knitting projects though:
Corrie Fair Isle Vest in Blue/Green colorway
Mary's Sweater (no pattern for this one)
Aunt Tina's coral pink hat (Done!)
String of Lights (only slightly modified; mostly finishing work left...)
No pictures of my own projects yet. Maybe in another less-fail post. ;-)

FAIL!
I fail at blog-writing. I always forget/put off writing anew post until updating any who may be reading these on the goings-on of my life seems too daunting of a task. Which is why I'm writing this out on paper then I'll type it up later and post it.
Soooo... quick update:
- We went to ZapZone for Seth's b-day.
- Someone broke the passenger window out of my car and my purse was stolen; I lost all forms of ID.
- I had to fly for work from Detroit to Columbus, OH (silly trip, I know)
- A week of training in Gallipolis, OH on a new software for our company.
- Currently Dec. 16th and still almost no xmas shopping done.
-Seth did just tell me that he bought me somethign online and got expedited shipping so it would get here in time. A small part of me hopes that it's stuff from my Knitpicks list, but a larger part of me is laughing uproariously at that small naive part.
I'm currently writing this on the plane back to Detroit, where Seth will be picking me up to go shopping. I have no idea what to get most people! Not to mention, I did no saving up like I'd planned, so I don't even have that much to work on.
Tomorrow is going to be a bit of a ... I've been brainwashed by Ric (co-worker) not to use the D word (d-i-s-a-s-t-e-r) ... I accidentally scheduled makig Christmas cookies with Aunt Tina, Mom, and Aunt Debbie - yes, you read that right - when Seth's family christmas was already scheduled for that same day. I guess he's going to go to his family christmas and I'm going to go to cookie baking with my family. This will be the first christmas that I've missed since Seth and I started dating... It'll be weird. But if I dont' got to Aunt Tina's for the cookies, it will get cancelled and likely not rescheduled... :-(
Oop! Plane just hit turbulence...weird! It's very disconcerting to look out the pane window ans se the wings wobble... and beyond that roads still look like lines on a map.
