So, I haven't posted in a long ass time. I'd like to point out first that I did finish Sally's baby blanket - right before she was born - and I sent Mindy's finished scarf to her. And she's ordered two more for friends. These two are going to be Slytherin though instead of Gryffindor (sounds like she and her friends have some house rivalry lol). I'm also currently trying to whip out two baby blankets. One is another OpArt blanket - this one in blue and white - for Mr. Mykeloff's baby boy (who has probably been born already and I just haven't heard about it). Another is for a lady I've never met who has been cleaning my Grandma's house who is having a baby (again probably already has) and I designed that blanket. It's done with Sensations Rainbow Classic Yarn (pretty pinks, blues, yellows, greens, and white) and it's a square pattern shown by seed stitch with a seed stitch edging... Basically, nothing fancy. It's taken an entire ball of that yarn (615 yds) and almost half of another one already and I just hit what I'd intended to be the halfway point (I think that's changing now).
My Slytherin House Vest is all done (except for that damn finishing work) and of the projects I listed in my last post I've finished the following:
Sally's blanket
Mindy's scarf
Brandi's scarf is done except for the flower and the felting part - not that I really still intend on giving it to her (scarves aren't exactly useful in Tennessee)
Josh's hat
Mary's mini-scarf/ascot
Slytherin Sweater Vest (mostly done counts right?)
So, yeah. I'm being bothered by Seth and Jacob to go to sleep so I can get up at 5:30 in the morning to go fishing with those two idiots. I suppose I should go to sleep as everything I say is being taken as if they're Magz. Honestly... lol Seth's giggling like a school girl... and now he's twitching.... purposefully... *rolls eyes*
